Dillon Thieneman is my “fingers crossed” pick for the Bears at 25, but it’s doubtful he will be available. Bears would likely have to trade up in front of the Vikings to get him.

Keldric Faulk is another player I would love for the Bears to grab at 25. I believe he will be the best true defensive end to come out of this draft, but he is another player who is likely to perform his way out of the Bears first round draft range. Here’s hoping he doesn’t

EMW is a great consolation prize at the safety position if Thieneman is off the board at 25. Damn good coverage safety, and he’s willing to stick his head in there against the run. A versatile safety who would fit well in DA’s scheme and be an immediate starting safety for this team opposite Coby Bryant.

Peter Woods just might be the game wrecking 3 tech the Bears need to change their defense for the better. I love his traits and physical abilities, and he would certainly bring an immediate pocket collapsing presence that the Bears desperately lack.

In a trade back scenario( if a QB needy team wants to jump back into the first round in exchange for an early second round pick and an early third), I like Malachi Lawrence, Kayden McDonald, or Caleb Banks.
